My go to for an awesome lunch!! The food is always hot & fresh, I love the hot&sour soup the best in town. All of the servers are great! Wendy is my fav by far! She knows just what I'm going to get and brings my soup right away before I even order. Love this place!

This place has the best Chinese food in Reno. The portions are massive and the salad and egg drop soup are perfection. All of their lunch menu options are amazingly priced. Our server Wendy was wonderful. So kind, so attentive, so skilled, she cared for our table well. The decorations of the restaurante were magnificent and full of cultural personality. I will be visiting a lot more in the future!
Been going here for years, delicious!!! Family dinners, holidays, birthdays; Palais de Jade has been our favorite for years. Wendy always take such good care of us.
First visit here for dinner this evening. Palais De Jade is a more upscale Chinese restaurant. Our group ordered the dinner special for $28 per person. It was tons of food for the money. We started with hot and sour soup, very good. Then came the appetizer tray with crab Rangoon, short ribs, egg rolls, and pork pouches. All of the appetizers were flavorful and hot. The table was also stocked with soy sauce, hot mustard, and sweet and sour sauce. Then came the entrees. We got the pork chow mein, sweet and sour chicken, and Szechuan chicken. All three were great dishes. Overall, no complaints on the food or the service. Waters were refilled quickly and my dad's iced tea was refilled at least 6 times! However, I would say the value for dinner is a bit pricey. The lunch specials looked like a great deal though.
This place is delicious. I went in today for my bi-monthly fix of Palais De Jade and boy I was pleasantly surprised. The owner changed around the booths in the bar area to accommodate larger folk like me. Also, it seems to be ADA compliment as well with ample room for wheelchairs. But getting back to the food. The chefs constantly make the best Chinese food in all of Reno. Just try it and I'm sure you'll be happy that you did.
Had the orange chicken today all though delicious in taste as always i should have asked for crunchier orange chicken maybe next time? White rice for 3 with soy sauce was plenty and delicious. We also had a shrimp chow mein with unbelievable flavors and my shrimp were grilled well done to perfection. The staff is great like always and i always love that the restaurant is clean with great decor and a great AC.
Palais to Jade is a long time Reno Asian fair favorite. They serve family style portions of a variety of different meats, fish and vegetable plates. Tonight I got takeout and just got some crispy sesame chicken for myself but you really can't go wrong with any of their dishes, always fresh and of high-quality. Service is sweet and simple although I've never attempted to customize any orders here, so I have no input on that type of experience.
My favorite Chinese restaurant in Reno, love their hot and sour soup, shrimp dishes, and noodle dishes. Staff is always great, and food is always quick.
